He apologized to Paul and Paul accepted his apology and Paul told him to invite him to his restaurants and Gino did that! Yes Gino did that but he changed his ways for the better and has not done anything bad ever since! Gino deserved a second chance!

Nobody is laughing at him for having an accent, every English speaker loves hearing an Italian accent, even actual racists probably have to admit it sounds sexy. They're laughing at the specific situation of somebody trying to say something innocent and accidentally using forbidden words on daytime TV.
